At 5yrs old EDI has a very level head on her shoulders and is well schooled in both the arena and on the road. She is a confident, forward going, graceful mare who will go far in the right hands. She is a steady careful jumper and is not bothered with traffic or my boisterous 5 year old son! We hope to be able to take EDI to some local competitions to see how she performs and will update her details as she progresses she has a raw talent we feel, that if nurtured could make her new owner a very happy horse person! She is a darling to handle in the stable as you can see she will happily let my 5 yr old pick out her feet and groom. She is quiet to rug up and handle.

Riding for the disabled horse

Thomas is a stunning 12.3/13hh extreme heavy weight bay gelding. He has a temperament that can only be born into a horse rather than taught, he is an unflappable friendly horse with a relaxed and sleepy outlook on life. Nothing much fazes him and as he is both ride and drive and capable of carrying a fair amount of weight he is extremely versatile for both an adult and a child.

He is a safe happy horse who looks like a miniature shire, he would be suited to anyone one with a disability or condition that will only permit the quietest of horses, he will ride with the reigns in hand, or attached to the stirrups, I rode him around our sand school blind folded to experience what it would feel like to ride blind, and to see if he would take advantage or not and all I can say is wow. This lovely little horse never put a foot wrong, he was steady and even, and I felt completely confident even if a little disorientated!

He will not flinch and loud sudden noises or hyper active kids (my 5yr old son!) and would be a dream come true for someone looking for a lifelong friend.
